The Tiliniam profile allows you to present your strengths and skills. As an individual or a company, your Tiliniam profile enables prospective clients to view your credentials, geographic location(s) and areas of expertise.
You may search for companies or individuals that are looking for services with your background and expertise. Once you locate a client and agree to do business together all delivery and financial terms can be both worked out and managed through your Tiliniam dashboard. The client may decide to fund the full amount of the engagement through the Tiliniam escrow system. This will allow the client to conveniently make milestone payments to you as the project is delivered.
During an engagement you may reach out directly through the Tiliniam instant message system or email directly from your dashboard. All messages, documents, and other related content can be stored within your Tiliniam dashboard in the associated project work area.

Outline the objectives for your project. The more details the better. For example, if you want to create a sizzle reel for your screenplay, include all relevant aspects of the project. In the project overview, you can specify yourbudget and any other pertinent details to help bidders to respond. If you select the "Tiliniam Style" option, your story will be confidential until you select your production company.
Companies requiring video production may include links in their project brief that could give bidders more details about a product/corporate marketing initiative. Other examples of project briefs may include post-production work, animation, entertainment-related services such as a legal, and even subcontracting to other production companies for resource support.
Once you have completed your project brief, just click "post." Publishing your project to the Tiliniam Network will get maximum response from companies or individuals that have the skills and expertise to work on your project. You can indicate how long your project will be live for bids and monitor responses through email or your Tiliniam dashboard.
You can choose in your project parameters to publish a fixed budget for the project or a budget range.
You will be alerted via email when you have new proposals/bids for your project. You may respond to any company via Tiliniam's private IM system or through email or any other arrangements you make with the submitter.
Your criteria for selecting a supplier may be location, cost, experience, etc. As you review bids, you may have clarifying questions for the suppliers and that interaction can be managed through Tiliniam. Once you make the selection by "accepting" a supplier's bid, the company will be notified that they won your business.
In the Tiliniam project management system, you can identify key delivery milestones. A completed milestone is typically connected with a payment from the client. The process of negotiating and formalizing delivery milestones can be done through your dashboard. Once the milestones are agreed upon between the client and supplier,the payment system can be set up through your account.
Some projects may have two milestones. Other projects may have 10 or more milestones. It depends on the nature and budget of your project. As a client, you may have several different projects and Tiliniam enables you to track multiple engagements. The Tiliniam dashboard allows you to simultaneously track projects that have not been awarded to a supplier and awarded projects that are in implementation.
When you award your project you will have the option to fund your project up front. Some suppliers may request this and typically this request is worked out in the negotiating process. The Tiliniam escrow system is designed to house the funds for projects that have been funded in advance of production. These funds are managed by the Tiliniam escrow system and held at the Tiliniam Network bank of record, Union Bank.
When a particular milestone is reached to your satisfaction, your supplier will request a release of funds for that milestone. You can release the funds through your Tiliniam dashboard.
You can provide feedback about your supplier(s) at any time in the Tiliniam review section. This feedback will be visible to the general population of users and is an opportunity for clients to publicly thank companies who have done a great job delivering on their projects.
